Li Ruifen, chief nutritionist. Originally from Suzhou, he was born in Shanghai. In 1944, she graduated from the Department of Home Economics of Shanghai Aurora University, majoring in food clinical nutrition. In 1948, she served as a teacher of Shanghai East China Democratic Women's Federation. In 1953, he worked in the General Hospital of Beijing Military Region as the director of the Nutrition Department. A leading expert in clinical nutrition in China, a famous clinical nutritionist and chief nutritionist, has been engaged in nutrition work for more than 6 years. He was the chief nutrition consultant of the National Day military parade and enjoyed special government allowance from the State Council.

In p>1944, he graduated from the Department of Home Economics of Shanghai Aurora University, majoring in food clinical nutrition. During the War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea, he was employed by the General Hospital of Beijing Military Region, and was later named as the chief nutritionist. He retired in 1994. He was the executive vice president of the Food Nutrition Committee of China Cuisine Association, a member of the Health Supervision Advisory Committee of the Ministry of Health, a member of the Expert Committee of China Geriatric Care Association, and the director of the Nutrition Department of the General Hospital of Beijing Military Region. It was first put forward in China that "chefs learn nutrition", and supported and participated in the revision of the professional standards and teaching materials of "nutrition caterers", a new national occupation. He has written books such as Nutrition in the Kitchen, Nurturing Your Seedlings, Teaching You to Eat, and Teaching You to Cook, and co-authored the publication of Clinical Nutrition, and made more than 6 episodes of CCTV's Sunset Red, food and health care, science and education videos, food and health care, food corridor, and soldiers' table, and won many awards in the army.

Professor Li Ruifen has educated countless people in his long-term clinical nutrition work, among which the outstanding ones are Xun Xiaolin, a famous clinical nutrition expert, and Yu Renwen, a famous nutrition catering expert. His eldest daughter Xie Wenmei is the Deputy Secretary-General of the Food Nutrition Committee of China Cuisine Association, and his youngest daughter Xie Wenyan is the director of the Nutrition Room of shun feng Catering Group.
