Where are the hollow colored glaze balls?

Hollow glaze balls are a traditional Shandong-style dish, originating from Dongchangfu District. This dish uses flour and sugar as the main ingredients, and is completed by boiling the noodles in boiling water, first frying them into shape, re-frying them into hollows, and boiling the sugar and adding juice. The production is fine, the heat is strict, and the shape is exquisite. The finished product is round like pearls, golden in color, crispy and sweet. There are no fusible raw materials added inside the hollow glass balls, and they are made entirely by the right control of oil temperature and dough. The "Chinese Famous Recipes" (Shandong Branch) compiled by the China Cuisine Association includes it as the only representative dish in Liaocheng.
