1. Wash the pumpkin, peel it, cut it into pieces, steam it, crush it into a paste.
2. Soak 4g of yeast powder with 4-degree warm water, stand for 5 minutes, pour 3g of flour into a basin, mix 15g of pumpkin paste, 1 sugar and 1g of salt evenly, then pour yeast water for a long time, then pour it in and stir until it is snowflake-like, and then start kneading the dough to three colors (hands, basin and noodles). Roll the dough with a rolling pin, which is thicker than the dumpling skin. Fold five pieces (stick some flour to help turn the flowers over), press them in the middle with chopsticks (as shown in the figure)
4. Roll them up from the bottom
5. Cut them in two with a knife at the marks (in the middle) pressed by chopsticks
6. Brush the oil in the steamer, turn the finished roses into flowers and put them in.
