In handling imported goods, a scanned copy of the customs declaration form of People's Republic of China (PRC) Customs for imported goods within six months shall be submitted, which shall show the corresponding brand name and commodity name, as well as the scanned copy of the entry-exit inspection and quarantine certificate or entry-exit inspection and quarantine hygiene certificate of the same batch of goods within the last six months (judged according to the contract number);
