On New Year's Eve, I went to the river in my hometown to play. The first thing I saw was a lively and clever little fish playing games with its friends.

Look, there is a turtle in the water. The turtle pokes its head out for a while, and then retracts its head into its shell to sleep.

I came to the woods in my hometown again. The trees were lush and green, and there were birds singing happily on the trees. I was intoxicated by the beautiful scenery of my hometown. Every day in my hometown was so beautiful. I didn’t want to go back to Guangzhou to go to school.

However, this was impossible, and I had to return to Shiling, Guangzhou with my family.

As soon as I got out of the car, I smelled the suffocating car exhaust. The trees on the street looked listless, their leaves were covered with dust, the water in the ditch was black, and the streets were littered with garbage and paper scraps. It looked really disgusting.

Why is there such a big difference between my hometown and Shiling? Alas!
