Qiaodong Community is located in the west middle section of Fangcun Avenue, near the original Fangcun District Government, bounded by the tea market in Fangcun Avenue to the east, Jiaokou Bus Terminal to the west, the flower market to the south, and Saiba Road to the north.

Qiaodong Community is mainly composed of Wansheng Street, Tianxiang Street and Zixiang Street, which are nine-story buildings with mosaic exterior walls. Among them, the eight-story building adjacent to the Shimi exterior wall also belongs to Qiaodong Community.

Qiaodong Community is a closed management community.
