Perhaps for local people, it tastes good, that is, it can be used to entertain foreigners. But for foreigners who want to stay in Lijiang for a month or two, they are very picky and can't accept the heavy oil and spicy Yunnan flavor (Xiaomi spicy in Yunnan is really spicy, not hemp). The Yunnan dishes they used to eat in other places were all improved versions. But I still don't give up. I still find delicious food worth tasting and hard to eat in first-and second-tier cities.

I first learned that Lijiang's beef pot was delicious in a snack bar in Dayan (which will be introduced later). The little brother in the shop told us very enthusiastically that there is a kind of beef pot that is particularly delicious. After searching in the public, I'm sure this is not a mutual promotion between businesses. I remembered that shop. Later, I came back from Lugu Lake and was going to that store. After navigation, I found that this store was being transferred, and then I found a beef pot nearby, so I chose a good one.

This time I ate it, which dispelled my friends' cognition that Lijiang is not delicious. Copper ladle beef pot is not as oily as pork ribs hot pot and local chicken hot pot. The soup base tastes moderate and salty. The beef is sliced and served with local unique dipping water (local dipping, slightly spicy), which is very appetizing (the saliva will drip instantly when you feel hungry).

The street where the copper ladle beef pot gathers is not in the ancient city where tourists gather, but it is not far from Dayan ancient city. Also in the ancient city. If you take a taxi from Dayan Ancient City, it will take about ten minutes to get there. Copper ladle beef is reasonable in price and full in weight, and most of them are supported by local people. Its popularity among foreign tourists is relatively low, but its taste is definitely not lost to other cuisines. The store my friends and I went to was called Weishan Muslim Tongpiao Beef Restaurant. We bought a set meal for two people, including a staple food, four kinds of seasonal vegetables, a beef offal and a beef. The bottom of the clear soup pot has been selected, and the price is only 98, which is very satisfactory. This is really an impressive meal for me in Lijiang. I searched for the keyword "Lijiang Cuisine" on the website, and the related articles recommended many black goat hot pots, but I hardly saw the recommendation of yak meat. So I searched again out of curiosity and found a yak pot shop with a particularly good evaluation (ranked first in Lijiang gourmet evaluation list), named "Nima Tibetan Taste Garden". This shop has a Tibetan flavor (no matter how bad the real Tibetan flavor is temporarily, it is delicious at least). I heard that the proprietress also has a job in Shuhe ancient town, because the little friend opened an inn in Shuhe ancient town and met the proprietress once.

We also bought a set meal for two people, including a small yak pot, a small jar of butter tea (sweet mouth, slightly weak, too much water), a braised Baba (the feeling of steaming rice cakes is so-so), and a buttermilk residue (very sour and strong yogurt flavor, my friends think it is too sour to eat, and I quite like it). This yak pot tastes looser than the beef in the copper ladle beef pot, and it melts in the mouth (I'm not exaggerating). There is no pepper and oil at the bottom of the soup. It should be a pure clear soup pot. In particular, a lot of mint leaves are added to the soup base, so both beef and hot dishes have a refreshing mint flavor, which is very special (maybe not eaten before). After eating, my friend said that he would go to the supermarket to buy mint leaves and go home to cook hot pot. Hahahaha ~ This store is not in the ancient town either. I heard that people need to queue up when there are many people. After all, there are not many tables, and the speed of hot pot turnover is not fast ~ ~

Speaking of pilaf, it is not a unique food in Lijiang. Yunnan's hand-grabbed rice should be mostly in Xishuangbanna, where Dai people gather, but if there is no arrangement to go to Xishuangbanna, it is not bad to try it in Lijiang if you have time. I, a curious baby who has no chance to go to Xishuangbanna, especially want to have a look. There used to be a hand-grabbed rice shop in Shuhe ancient town, but it closed recently, so we had to go to Dayan ancient town to eat. One store is also famous on the popular food list, "Heart Round Snack", and its hand-grabbed rice is also well evaluated. The two people in the group purchase only need 75, which is a big weight, leaving nearly half of us.

When this big dustpan was brought with rice, I just took a picture. It's red and green, it looks really delicious, and it's especially appetizing. If you count the lettuce under the mat, excluding the fried rice in the middle, there are eight kinds of dishes, which should be: ginseng, some pickles (I really don't know), chicken mixed with fungus, fried potatoes, long things (crispy), fried mint bacon, fried mushrooms and lettuce at the bottom. I don't know how to eat, and I haven't asked my boss (why not? ), if you eat the dishes around you alone, it may be salty and spicy, and it may be a little greasy. I wrapped lettuce leaves under it and ate it, which made me feel refreshed in an instant and tasted salty and light. There are diced potatoes, diced carrots and chopped green onion in the fried rice in the middle. The rice is soft and glutinous, and tastes good. Generally speaking, although the taste did not meet expectations (probably because the expectations were too high and the dishes were too beautiful), the photos and experience were good. Anyway, when we were eating, many tourists later asked us if we could take a photo and said it was beautiful. I said yes, yes, but in fact, rice with hoes has made us look bad, so we can experience the value of rice with our hands. Xinyuan Snack is located in Dayan Ancient City, near Zhong Yi market. This is a fly restaurant, but it is very popular.

1, potato chips (potato chips)

Lijiang is rich in red-hearted potatoes, and then slices them with red-hearted potatoes to fry potato chips. The middle circle of fried potato chips is pink and looks good. Because the local taste is not weak, the bagged potato chips sold locally in Lijiang are generally sprinkled with seasoning. I like to eat the original, so I will ask the master to weigh half a bag of unpacked potato chips as a bag. Compared with ordinary potato chips, freshly fried potato chips feel more natural in taste. Potato chips are cut very thin, and they taste crisp and sweet. Because there is no seasoning, they will not be so greasy. Fat friends who want to try two flavors can buy them without seasoning first, and then ask the boss to order some seasoning and sprinkle it themselves. No problem. As for the location, I usually buy it from a stall in the Zhong Yi market, and I basically sell it while speculating. The specific location is difficult to describe and there is no store name. It is not far from the main entrance of Zhong Yi market, and there are stalls selling fruits and dried fruits beside it. I feel that this is the only one that is fried in Zhong Yi market. After visiting so many times, I have never seen another home like this. )

2, Jiahua bakery handmade popsicles

Many people know that Jiahua Flower Cake is really hot. But I didn't know that "Jiahua Flower Cake" and "Jiahua Cake House" were two stores of the same brand. "Jiahua Flower Cake" mainly deals in all kinds of flower cakes, which are baked and bagged, while "Jiahua Cake House" mainly deals in all kinds of western-style cakes, including bread, cakes, mousse, biscuits, and of course, flower cakes and flower dumplings (I have always wanted to buy them). Recently, the "Jiahua Cake House" also listed handmade popsicles, which are pure pulp popsicles (it seems to be hot in the past two years). They are labeled with zero pigment and zero additive, and have strawberry, pineapple, blueberry and yogurt flavors. I have tasted blueberry and yogurt, both of which are very good. The pulp can be fruity and the price is not expensive. If I remember correctly, it should be 4 yuan. In Lijiang, a place with strong ultraviolet rays. Jiahua bakery has branches in many places in Lijiang, but it has not opened a branch in the ancient town. I usually go to two, one is opposite the north gate of Dayan Ancient Town, and the other is downstairs of Wal-Mart. Basically, every time you pass by, you have to walk around the store and bring something out ~

3. Hand-made nougat, rose pineapple cake and cranberry crisp.

"The Edge of Flowers" is a rose cake house that my friends in the inn took me to. The reason is simple, and there are discount cards. . . Personally, its ordinary flower cake tastes a little worse than Jiahua's. Of course, it is also rich in materials, but its handmade nougat is really delicious. I don't think it will lose nougat imported from Taiwan Province Province at all, but from the point of view of milk and materials, it is more delicious. How can I put it? Huayuan has an open kitchen where customers can see the whole process of making nougat. The raw materials are fresh, no cream is added, only maltose, milk and peanuts (cranberries are added), and no preservative additives are added, so the shelf life of its nougat is not long, which is 60 days (generally, the shelf life of nougat without additives is about 40-60 days). . . ), it doesn't taste like cream, it's not particularly sweet, and it's not greasy at all. I really like it. The store sells a box of 45 yuan, each with a bag and a bag of half a catty (250g). There seems to be a moving price in the store, 3 boxes 100 yuan. Every nougat is bigger, and there are many peanuts, obviously. In short, it's very refreshing. Cranberries are also delicious, but they are not common. On the one hand, it is not ripe enough; on the other hand, it sells too fast. I've only bought it twice, and cranberry nougat is not delivered by express (there is no such smell on the Internet). The clerk said he was afraid it would be too hot or not delicious after a long time. If fat friends don't trust their tastes, there are samples at home, which are also cut into large pieces. Anyway, I always buy when I am full. . . Ok, we'll eat later. )

Besides nougat, its specialty is cranberry-flavored flower cake. The cranberries in the flower cake are full, sweet and sour when mixed with flowers, and the fragrance of flowers will be better after heating (I really don't care. . . ), Jiahua doesn't seem to have cranberry stuffing. Cranberry-flavored cakes are slightly more expensive than ordinary flower cakes, and the same amount is more than ten yuan a box. I usually buy 10 for a box, which is affordable. Recently, there is a rose pineapple cake in his house, which is also delicious, sour and sweet! In short, the ingredients are sufficient and delicious. A box of 48 yuan, a box of 240 grams, nearly half a catty.

Huayuan's shop is in Shuhe, and even there is only one in Lijiang. You can see it in the square street of Shuhe ancient town. Obviously, its fame is not as big as that of Jiahua, but Shuhe people all know that its home is delicious!

4, wrapped in tofu

This has been mentioned many times, but I just want to talk about which store can eat authentic tofu, because every time I walk in Shuhe ancient town, I can see all kinds of other snacks and fried food stalls crowded with tourists who buy tofu, and I feel sorry for them. The most important thing is that once my little friend came to Shuhe to play with me. Without my knowledge, he strolled in the street and packed a package of tofu brains for me to eat. As soon as I ate it, I found it particularly unpalatable. It was not as good as ordinary iron tofu, so I ruined it first and then took him to eat delicious tofu. Well, I believe there are not a few such fat friends. . .

In Shuhe, there is a CCTV tofu head office, which was opened by my friend who stayed there for several years. It really tastes tender and smooth, and you can obviously taste the "wrapped pulp" (the so-called "wrapped pulp" means that tofu is sold in soybean milk, but I haven't figured out how to wrap it. . . ), I really have the urge to taste it once and then want to taste it again immediately.

This shop is on the street opposite the aforementioned "Flower Edge". It's not far along that street, less than 100 meter. On the left side of the road, the house number is small and inconspicuous. I made a reservation on the map, and the public comment should be "Tofu Brain on the Tip of the Tongue (Shuhe Qingquan Road Store)". Tofu every 10 yuan, citizens buy it from 8 yuan, 8 yuan, and it's no trouble to organize a group.

5. Yunnan local milk

As a fanatic of milk, I began to hate some two brands of milk a few years ago, and then bought Xinjiang milk online. Everywhere I go, I go to the supermarket to buy local milk, that is, I have a look at brands I have never seen before, and then I have a look at the origin and ingredient list. Most of the milk in Lijiang comes from Dali, where there are pastures and the climate is more suitable. I like both Europe, Asia and Lesire, and even non-concentrated milk smells better than a certain brand. I also like some condensed milk. Anyway, there are many varieties to choose from in the supermarket. Those who are willing to try can have a look. As for the "yak yogurt" sold by local roadside shops, it is not recommended!

Well, actually, there are so many delicious foods. If you travel to Lijiang for two or three days, you can't finish them. Whether you are a fat friend who likes Yunnan local food or a fat friend who can't get used to Yunnan local food, you can find something you love in Lijiang. Lijiang is dry and dry. As long as it is sunny, it will be very hot and dry. Drink more water, drink more water, drink more water when you come to Lijiang. If it is not too cold, don't use air conditioning at night.
