1. Old courtyard black chicken

Old courtyard black chicken is named after it is mainly produced in Wanyuan Old Courtyard, Sichuan Province. It is a meat-and-egg variety with black feathers and emerald luster, and there are two kinds of black skin and white skin. Eggshells are light brown and a few are blue. In 1982, they were listed as excellent varieties in Sichuan Province. In 1983, it was listed as a national local excellent variety.

2. Wanyuan old bacon

Wanyuan old bacon has been non-industrialized for thousands of years, and it is a specialty of Qinba area. Bacon has the characteristics of bright color, mellow fragrance, long aftertaste, toughness and crispness. After cooking (or steaming), the fat is transparent and the lean meat is pink.

3. Bashan finch tongue

Bashan finch tongue is flat and straight in shape, like the tongue of a titmouse, with green and moist color, fresh and elegant fragrance, refreshing and sweet taste, apricot green and bright soup color, and tender leaves at the bottom. Bashan Quetang contains various vitamins, minerals and trace elements, and its main components are caffeine, catechin and tea polyphenols.

Location and territory

Wanyuan City is located in the northeast of Sichuan, in the heart of Daba Mountain, between 31 39 ′-32 21 ′ north latitude and 117 28 ′-118 31 ′ east longitude, which is the dividing line between the north and south climate in China and Jialing.

2. Topography

Wanyuan City is located in the heart of Daba Mountain on the northeast border, with undulating peaks and rivers, and the mountain slopes from northeast to southwest. The northern oblique ridge is parallel to the syncline valley. The main rivers of Nanliu water system are divided into many V-shaped valleys with a relative height difference of more than 1,111 meters.

The lowest elevation is 335 meters, the highest elevation is 2412.9 meters, and the relative elevation difference is 2177.9 meters.
