2. Steamed meat pie with lotus root, peeled lotus root and cut into 6 pieces, leaving one piece for decoration. Take 5 pieces and cut them into small pieces. Other lotus roots are ground into paste. Pour the chopped lotus root and meat into a bowl. Add 1 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp chicken powder, 1 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp oil. Stir well until the meat is gelatinous and sticky, and then serve. Boil water and steam 15 minutes. Sprinkle chopped green onion before cooking.
3. Steamed horseshoe patties, 6 horseshoes peeled and diced. Add water chestnut into minced meat. Add 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp starch, a little pepper, a little sesame oil, 2 tbsp oil and half a teaspoon chicken powder and mix well. Flatten on a plate, then steam in boiling water 15 minutes.
