Chengnan Tianhong has been open for more than half a month, and I often see scenes of overcrowding in the circle of friends. I happen to be free this weekend. I am not following the crowd, I just want to go to Tianhong to explore new things and see if I can find any highlights for the old street.
Learn from.
Tianhong and Laojie are two different styles of commercial entities, but as a more mature commercial entity, Tianhong does have many details that we, Laojie, can learn from.
The following are some of my experiences during the trip: 1. Parking lot. Nowadays, cars have become a standard feature of our lives. Parking is a big problem when going shopping. Tianhong’s underground parking lot has two floors and there are sufficient parking spaces, but parking is a problem.
Here we go again, faced with a dazzling array of cars, how do you find your parking space after shopping?
Each parking space in Tianhong has a number. For example, B1101 means that the car is parked at 101 on the B1 floor, and B2129 means that the car is parked at 129 on the B2 floor.
I think our old streets can also learn from this. For example, Zhuang 101 means the car is parked at No. 101 Zhuangyuan Street; Qian 129 means the car is parked at No. 129 Qianshi Street; Tian 099 means the car is parked at No. 099 Tianai Street. On the one hand, it is convenient.
Tourists find their own parking spaces, which on the one hand also highlights the cultural elements of our old streets.
2. Photo Walls and Interactive Games People who enter Tianhong usually take at least an hour to come out. This is not only due to the large number of large merchants in Tianhong, but also because there are many photo walls and mini-games in Tianhong that will make you unknowingly.
Stop to take photos or experience games, especially children's games: such as seesaws, swings, board games, etc. This greatly extends your stay. Although our old street is an open neighborhood, the facilities in this area are still relatively small.
Deficient, this can be considered for improvement.
3. Toilets and maternal and child care rooms. I went to Tianhong at around 7 o'clock on Sunday evening. Because it was quite late, I didn't stay too long.
But as soon as I walked into the toilet, I was really shocked. It was like walking into a five-star hotel. The sink is divided into people and babies, and there is also a dryer. The toilet has a special countertop for people to put bags and other sundries.
, the ground is also very neat and clean.
There is a mother and baby room just outside the door, where mothers can feed and change diapers, etc. The overall feeling is very warm and humane.
I would like to say that when shopping in such a shopping mall, customer satisfaction will be very high. Although our old street cannot copy everything, as an old street with humanities and conscience as its two major IPs, we should really learn from Tianhong in these details.
, allowing visitors to the old street to truly feel the humanity and conscience of our old street.
4. Poster copy Why young people like to visit Tianhong? I think in addition to some distinctive shopping malls, Tianhong’s activities and tone cannot be ignored. When walking in Tianhong, wall paintings and poster copy can be seen everywhere expressing Tianhong’s “
"Trendy", "fashion", "personality" and "literary"... these are what young people like. It seems that Tianhong has become a fashion frontier. Whenever you feel that you are about to go out, you will think
Go shopping in Tianhong, where you will feel like a young "wave" person.
Although our old street is an antique street, it should also incorporate some popular fashions in a timely manner to capture the "hearts" and shopping "pockets" of young people. 5. In addition to being popular, merchant shopping malls must also have consumption as a core part.
Merchants are the most critical to seize customers' consumption desires.
When visiting Tianhong, most people will have the desire to consume.
In addition to the warm environment that will encourage you to consume, the characteristics of the merchants and the crowds of people in the merchants will also arouse your desire, especially for foodies like me who cannot resist temptation.
