Prepare ingredients: 2g pork belly, 1tsp salt, 1tsp cooking wine, 1tsp light soy sauce, 1tsp allspice powder, 1tsp chilli powder, 1tsp pepper, 1tsp oyster sauce, 1tsp sugar and 6g lettuce.
