1. Smoked goose When it comes to Wuyi Mountain’s specialties, the most popular one is Wuyi Mountain’s Langu smoked goose.

After slaughtering and cleaning the adult goose that is neither fat nor thin, put it in a pot and cook it until it is about 70 to 80% cooked. Drain the water after removing it, and coat it with chili powder, salt and other seasonings.

Use a tray to spread the paste and put it into a pot with glutinous rice in advance. Slowly roast the glutinous rice and smoke the goose meat over a slow fire until the aroma is overflowing.

3. Zhuzi Filial Mother Cake As the name suggests, Zhuzi Filial Mother Cake was invented by Zhu Xi, a famous Confucian scholar in the Southern Song Dynasty in Wuyi Mountain.
