Damen Community is located in the west of Damen Town, Dongtou District, including Xiaomen Island, with the natural landscape of Ma'ao Lake and the petrochemical port industry cluster. There are Xiaomen Bridge and Damen Bridge within its jurisdiction, and the office is located in Renqiutu Village.

The gate community was established in April 2011 and consists of eight villages: Renqiantu, Yingpanji, Dongyu, Xiaomen, Yangmeitian, Zhailou, Douyan and Mei'ao.
