Recently, a series of food documentaries "Hebei Taste Out of Baoding" were broadcast on CCTV4 "Food China" column. The documentary is divided into three episodes, which respectively introduce the ancient cooking techniques of Baoding: the cooking methods of meat, bread-covering and porridge-stirring, and show Baoding's noodle sauce, special donkey meat, braised chicken, Le Tong's jar meat, Li Hongzhang's stew and jumping chicken, and deeply interpret the uniqueness and creativity of Baoding's food culture.
