How to make shortbread cookies:
1. Ingredients: 320g all-purpose flour, 190g water, 16g all-purpose flour, 70g sugar, 56g vegetable oil, 70g all-purpose flour grams, 3 grams of baking powder and 3 grams of salt.
2. Add water, salt and baking powder to the flour. Knead the dough and knead vigorously for about 5 minutes, cover with plastic wrap and ferment.
3. Heat oil in a pot and add flour. Take out the fried flour, let cool and set aside.
4. Mix 16 grams of flour and 70 grams of sugar and set aside until the dough doubles in size.
5. Take out the dough and divide it into two large balls for later use; take one piece of dough and roll it out. Apply a layer of pastry. It doesn't matter if the coating is uneven. You will need to roll it out later. Roll it up as tightly as possible. Hold the dough roll upright and press it down, flatten it and cover with plastic wrap to rest for 5 minutes.
6. Roll it out slightly and put filling in the middle. The seal must be tightened to prevent the filling from being exposed. Turn upside down and let rest for 5 minutes.
7. Roll the dough into a cake, let it rest for a while, and start preheating the electric baking pan.
8. Brush a layer of oil on the electric baking pan, put in the cake embryo, and brush a layer of oil on the surface of the cake. Close the lid of the electric baking pan and cook for 8 to 10 minutes. After reaching the point, open the lid of the pot and take out the sugar cake.
