Pork belly slices, salt, red wine, starch, Lee Kum Kee barbecued pork sauce, honey.
working methods
Private collection
1. Sliced pork prunes (tenderloin, but more tender than tenderloin), cut in half longitudinally, and marinate with ginger slices, red wine, a little starch, half a can of Lee Kum Kee barbecued sauce and two teaspoons of honey for one night.
2. Preheat the oven to 200, pad the baking tray with tin foil, put the marinated meat strips on the tin foil (because there is honey, if you put them directly on the baking tray during baking, they will be sticky and the baked plate will be difficult to clean), pour the marinated sauce on the meat strips, cover them with a layer of tin foil, poke holes with toothpicks, and put them in the oven for 8- 10 minutes.
3. Take out the baking tray, remove the covered tin foil, turn the meat strips over and bake them directly in the oven. At this time, you need to take them out and brush them with sauce every 3-5 minutes before baking.
4. After the meat is fully cooked (poke it with chopsticks to know whether it is cooked or not), brush it with honey and bake it for 2-3 minutes to color it, and the other side is the same.
5. Slice and plate after cooling.
skill
Barbecued pork ribs can also be cooked, but the meat is replaced by bones ~ ~ ~
