ingredients
18g of marshmallows
35g of butter
17g of cucurbit biscuits
8g of comprehensive nuts
6g of cranberries
45g of milk powder
Steps
1. Prepare materials, and weigh all materials for later use
2. Non-stick pan. Let the marshmallows melt
5. After the marshmallows melt, pour in the milk powder, and turn off the fire and mix the marshmallows and milk powder evenly with residual heat
6. Pour the mixed marshmallows into the weighed nut cranberries and biscuits
7. Take them out after mixing. If the mixture is not very uniform, you can put on disposable gloves and rub them with your hands several times
8. Bake them flat without sticking. Let it cool naturally
1. Cut the cooled snowflake crisp into strips
11. Cut it into blocks. You can also sprinkle a layer of milk powder on the surface of the cut snowflake crisp to increase the milk smell and make it not sticky. If you can't finish eating it, keep it sealed.
Tips
Melt the marshmallows. Be sure to keep the fire low in a non-stick pan all the time. Put nuts and cranberries as you like. You can also put raisins.
