mussel porridge-mussel porridge
ingredients: 6g mussel (sea red), 1g rice, 1 preserved egg, 2g Jiang Mo and 6ml bitter oil.
method: ① soak mussels in warm water for 2 hours, blanch them in a boiling pot, take them out, and break off the black heart in the middle for later use.
