Not only that, Shanwei is also rich in seafood such as abalone, lobster and oyster. Plus local snacks such as licorice fruit and vegetable tea to ensure that you can help yourself.
This coastal city has 455 kilometers of coastline and 8,865,438+0 islands, in addition to Red Bay, one of the most beautiful beaches in Guangdong, and Pincheng Lake, the largest coastal lagoon in China. The first time I came to Shanwei, I fell in love with a city because of this sea, and my mobile phone was full of blue sea and blue sky.
Come to Shanwei to see the sea.
Red Bay:
Red Bay Wave Shelter Tourist Area is located in the southeast of Shanwei. It is a semi-enclosed bay and is known as "the first wave watching bay in China".
There are Kannonji, Zuxi Temple, Mazu Tempel and other scenic spots, with 72 kilometers of coastline, 4 kilometers of golden beaches and billions of years of coral reefs.
Zhelang Peninsula is surrounded by the sea on three sides, extending from land to sea, bordering Jieshi Bay in the east and Red Bay in the south. As one of the eight scenic spots in Shanwei, the spectacle of shielding waves refers to the Red Bay, where the sea surface is calm and rough. This natural wonder is unique in China.
The sea water in Red Bay is clear and blue, clean and pollution-free, and the golden sand is very delicate. Many people come to swim every summer.
Zhelang Peninsula, also known as Rock Island, is composed of reef rocks. This peninsula, which breaks into the sea at the junction of Red Bay and Jieshi Bay, is called "Kirin Corner in East Guangdong".
The fort on the west side of the shelter peninsula used to be the coastal defense fort of the garrison camp. It was built in the tenth year of Kangxi in Qing Dynasty, and it is also the main scenic spot to enjoy the sea view. In front of the mountain artillery platform is the Guangdong Maritime Sports Training Center, which is one of the national maritime sports training bases.
Kinmachiwan:
It takes about half an hour's drive from downtown to Red Bay. If you don't want to run too far to see the sea, Kinmachiwan Beach is the best choice.
There are 7 kilometers of beaches in Kinmachi Bay, all of which are open for free. The beach is nice and clean, the sea is clear and blue, and the waves are gentle. It is very suitable for taking children to play with water and waves, and it is also the best place to watch the sunset.
Last time we went to Shanwei, we lived in Jindingwan apartment. We can open the window in the morning and see the blue sea. We can go swimming at the seaside and watch the sun at any time, even though it is beautiful at night. It's convenient to say.
Clear lake water:
Clear lake is located in the center of Shanwei. As long as you come to Shanwei, you can definitely see it, because it is the largest saltwater lake in China and the second largest in Asia. Lagoon [XIX] is a semi-enclosed lake connected with the open sea. Only 65,438+05% of the coastline in the world has lagoons, which are rare in China. Hangzhou West Lake also belongs to the lagoon.
Pinghu Lake in the east of Shanwei Port includes Dinggai Lake and Yuzi Island, while Shashewei Beach and the Pacific Ocean are in the south. When we were in the Mazu stone statue in Fengshan, we saw a very large and clear lake, which was particularly beautiful when we took aerial photos.
Shanwei must punch in scenic spots
Fengshan Mazu statue:
Our first punch-in point in Shanwei is the Mazu statue in Fengshan, which is the largest Mazu statue in Guangdong.
Mazu is the patron saint of Fujian and Guangdong coastal areas. Local fishermen must worship Mazu before going out to sea and pray for a safe return. For me, Mazu Stone Statue is not only a city card of Shanwei, but also a belief of Shanwei people.
When we came to Fengshan Temple to visit the tourist area, the weather was just fine. The Mazu stone statue standing on the Fengyi platform is 16.83 meters high. Clear lake, the largest saltwater lake in Chinese mainland, is in front of it, followed by Taitou Mountain and Shanwei City.
In addition to the statue of Mazu, Fengshan Temple also has attractions such as Tianhou Palace, Tianhou Pavilion, Fengyitai, Hailufeng Opera Facebook Garden, Fisherman's Style Pavilion and Mazu Square.
Every year on March 23rd of the lunar calendar, there are folk cultural activities such as Mazu Cultural Tourism Festival, Fengshan Temple Gun Festival, folk art and cultural parade, Hailufeng Opera Show and so on.
Nanhai Temple:
Nanhai Temple was built in Qing Dynasty, located in Dashiao, Zhelang Island, Red Bay, Shanwei, where there is the most beautiful sea I have ever seen. According to legend, Guanyin Bodhisattva became one of the four great bodhisattvas here, and left many holy places, such as Dedu Stone, Lotus Stone, Bell and Drum Stone and Ganlu Spring.
Guanyin Pavilion faces the South China Sea and is dedicated to Guanyin Bodhisattva. Guanyin Pavilion is surrounded by stone statues, Guanyin pine nuts, Tang Priest's Buddhist scriptures, Zheng Chenggong's southern expedition, and Maitreya's alms.
Guanyin Mountain has a vast sea surface and beautiful scenery. Looking down from the air, the sea water is like a sapphire, constantly beating against the black reef and making a huge sound of waves. Standing on the reef and watching the sea, even if more troubles are instantly removed, as long as you come, you will fall in love with this sea. ...
Walking along the sea-watching promenade, I found a lotus throne, on which people felt immortal and enlightened, especially the blue water was shining, so you could make a big movie with your hands.
Yuanshan Temple in Xuanwu Mountain:
Yuanshan Temple, a famous temple in eastern Guangdong, is located in Xuanwu Mountain Scenic Area, Jieshi, Lufeng. It has the main scenic spots such as Yuanshan Temple, ancient stage, Fuxing Leita, Jieshi Revolutionary History Exhibition Hall, and ancient cannons in Ming and Qing Dynasties.
There are a large number of historical relics in Yuanshan Temple, which can be excavated slowly if you have time. I'm interested in the porcelain carvings on the eaves and walls. It is a national intangible project and a common traditional handicraft skill in temple architecture in Chaoshan area. Colored porcelain is selected as the material, cut into small pieces, used to paste figures, animals, flowers and landscapes, and decorated on the eaves, gatehouses and walls of temples.
There is an ancient Ming Dynasty stage in front of Yuanshan Temple, which is the largest temple stage in eastern Guangdong. Every year on the third day of the third lunar month, local operas are staged, and the scene is very lively.
"Jieshi Viewing the Sea" is one of the eight scenic spots in Lufeng, which refers to the Fuxing Tower at the highest point of Xuanwu Mountain. Climb to the top of the tower overlooking the South China Sea. Fuxing Tower was built in the Ming Dynasty, and there is a big stone like Kirin on the east side, hence the name "Kirin Stone".
Lotus Mountain Jiming Temple:
The most impressive things about Jiming Temple are the Golden Rooster, the Tibetan Museum and the Lotus Buddha. Jiming Temple, commonly known as Ban Ling Temple, is located in the north of Haifeng County, Shanwei, that is, Jixin Mountain at the junction of Lianhua Mountain and Yinpingshan Mountain. Shanwei Eight Scenes "Lianfeng Cuisine" refers to this place.
Lotus Hill Jiming Temple was founded in the Ming Dynasty by Yin Zhen, a monk. The ancient temple was originally located at the foot of Lianhua Mountain. Because roosters often crow in Jixin Mountain, it was considered as Ling Rui, so it was moved here.
There are cultural relics in the temple, such as Yinzhen Tomb Tower, Maitreya Buddha statue, and ancient oriental silver coins. And rare tree species protected by the state for more than 500 years, such as Phyllostachys pubescens, 6.55-meter ancient tea tree, agarwood, Morinda officinalis, etc. The alpine tea here is good, and my peers also bought some.
When you come to Jiming Temple, you will find the golden rooster statue at the entrance of the scenic spot echoing the Tibetan Museum and Lotus Buddha. The golden Tibetan Museum has the illusion of being in the Heavenly Palace, and whether it is a dragon, an idol or a bergamot wall, it gives people a solemn feeling.
This lotus Buddha statue was built by Shi Chaoyi. This bronze lotus Buddha statue is 9.98 meters high and is located on the south side of Daxiong Hall. The bronze statue of Sakyamuni Buddha sits on the lotus, with a solemn, peaceful and compassionate face. His right hand gave a fearless seal to eliminate pain, while his left hand gave a wish seal to give happiness, which symbolizes world peace, national prosperity and people's safety.
Haifeng Red Palace Red Square:
In my eyes, Shanwei is both blue and red, because it is the birthplace of the Red Peasant Movement in China and one of the thirteen old revolutionary areas in China.
Haifeng Red Palace Red Square is the birthplace of the first county-level Soviet regime in China and the national patriotic education base. The buildings around the Red Palace Red Square are painted red, echoing it from a distance, which makes us suddenly return to the red age when we first came.
In the square next to the Red Square, there are bronze statues of Yan Chao, Guo Moruo and others, as well as memorial pavilions of the Red Second Division and the Red Fourth Division.
The Red Palace was originally Haifeng Academy in Ming Dynasty, with buildings such as Lingxingmen, Chi Pan, Dachengmen and Dachengdian. The former site of Red Square is on the east side of Red Palace, which was originally Dongcangpu. Peng Pai built the Red Gate and Commander's Desk here, and the word "Red" on the gate was written by Peng Pai.
Starting from the Red Palace, you can buy olives in the nearby shops. Haifeng's olives are sweet, tender and residue-free, and one bag 15 yuan is affordable. Just like I have pharyngitis and cough, I live on these two bags of olives.
澎湃 former residence:
Peng Pai's former residence was built in the late Qing Dynasty. It is located in Qiaodong Community, Haicheng Town, Haifeng County, Shanwei. Locals used to call it the "White House". In front of the White House is the Golden Dragon River, where Peng Pai spent his childhood and adolescence.
The western-style buildings in Canglang's former residence are very eye-catching, with many high windows and high lighting. I like living in such a bright house.
There are two floors in the main building. Downstairs is a hall with a portrait of Peng Pai's mother, Zhou Feng. There are surging photos and used items and materials in the back room.
Dequ Library is located in the east of Chaochong's former residence. It used to be the library in the home, and later it was the bedroom where the mother spent her later years.
If you want to see the mother's residence, you can come to the fun room. There is a human tricycles given to her by Premier Zhou, which is equivalent to a Mercedes-Benz now.
Shanwei special food
There are many seafood stalls in the streets and alleys of Shanwei, with various seafood varieties and reasonable prices. Ermayina Road has many beautiful views of Shanwei, and there are some special snacks, such as licorice fruit, vegetable rice and seafood kway teow.
Shanwei seafood:
Shanwei is one of the four major fishing grounds in China, which is rich in all kinds of seafood, including sea urchin, oyster, grouper, eel, mackerel, shrimp and various shellfish. My mouth watered at the mention of it.
This time, we came to Shanwei to let go of our stomachs and ate all the groupers, oysters, lobsters, abalone and prawns, but we didn't grow much.
Vegetable tea:
Vegetable tea, also known as Zhuangding tea, is a traditional snack in Shanwei. It uses bone soup as the soup base, with more than ten kinds of materials such as lettuce, vermicelli, shrimp and bacon, and then wrapped with a layer of popcorn and peanuts. Before eating, mix well and serve. There is also a salty tea, which is made by soaking rice flowers and sesame seeds. I like to eat more of this.
Caitouwan:
Caitou Pill, namely Radish Pill, is a special snack in Chaoshan area. Every family in Shanwei will celebrate the Spring Festival, especially on holidays. Caitou Pill is mainly made of white radish, with oil, salt, pepper and sweet potato powder, and shrimp skin for freshness. It's steamed and fried. I especially like to eat cabbage head pills. I can eat shredded radish, which tastes sweet and elastic. The more I eat, the more I like it!
Mackerel ball:
The Spanish mackerel balls in Shanwei must be eaten. White is made of pure mackerel meat, and dark is made of mackerel meat mixed with pork. I like them both. Mackerel balls taste soft and tough, and have the fresh sweetness of fish, so they are delicious without dipping in sauce!
Licorice fruit:
There are many licorice fruits in Chaoshan, and all fruits can be preserved with licorice juice. As soon as I came to Shanwei, I bought licorice fruit and ate it desperately. Ho ho!
Here, I'd like to tell you about "Bird Pear", a local fruit in Chaoshan, which is as big as table tennis. Raw food has a sour taste, and it can only be eaten after being cooked and pickled with licorice juice.
Licorice water can make birds and pears sweet and sour. Shanwei women love to eat bird pears when they are pregnant, and they can also eat bird pears to help digestion.
Is life convenient?
