Jianli doesn't seem to go directly to Ouchi. It is estimated that public security should be done first. If Jianli bus station doesn't go to the public security, you can only go to Jingzhou or Shashi (Hongmen Road Bus Station in Shashi is a bus dedicated to public security), then take a bus to the public security (generally Hongtai Bus Station) and then take a bus to Ouchi.
