Introduction of scenic spots

Long Mu Temple is located at the confluence of Sanjiang River in Yuecheng Town, Deqing County, Guangdong Province. It is famous at home and abroad for its profound dragon mother culture, ancient architecture culture and historical culture. Long Mu Temple was built in Qin and Han Dynasties, with a history of more than 2,000 years, and was rebuilt in the 31st year of Guangxu. It took seven years to build, and it is also called the "Three Treasures" of Lingnan ancient buildings with Chenjia Temple and Guangfo Temple.

The exquisite architectural art of Long Mu Temple is commendable, and its architectural system is designed according to the characteristics of the water area: the pillars are very high, surrounded by polished blue brick walls covered with glazed tiles, and the inside and outside of the temple are covered with granite slabs. Every time the Xijiang River floods, the streets outside the temple are often muddy to the knees, while the temple is as clean as ever with a little cleaning. Since the reconstruction of Guangxu in the thirty-first year, it has experienced floods and thunderstorms, but the walls are not cracked, the ground is not sunken, insects are not eaten, and thunder is not invaded, which is unique in the history of architecture.

"Dragon Mother Culture" is the worship of motherhood, and its "truth, goodness and beauty" leads people in this vast land of Xijiang River Basin to live, multiply and develop here. It is its culture that allows the broad masses of people to find their own inner culture.
