Ganoderma lucidum bone soup is a very nutritious delicacy. Ganoderma lucidum has the effects of protecting liver cells, lowering blood sugar and enhancing resistance. The bone soup can supplement the body's necessary calcium, collagen and other substances. Stewing a pot of fresh and fragrant Ganoderma bone soup mainly includes two steps: preparation and processing of ingredients, and cooking Ganoderma bone soup. Below I will share with you the production methods and precautions.
1. Preparation and processing of ingredients. Because Ganoderma lucidum tastes bitter, you can take part of it and make soup according to your own taste. After cleaning Ganoderma lucidum, soak it in warm water and then cut it into strips for later use. If Ganoderma lucidum tastes bitter, you can soak it for a longer period of time, but it is not used for medicinal purposes. The efficacy will be reduced somewhat. During the soaking process of Ganoderma lucidum, put the pork ribs into clean water and add an appropriate amount of starch and cooking wine. In this way, the cleaned ribs do not need to be blanched, and the soup will be more fragrant. Cut the ginger into slices and set aside. You can prepare some ingredients such as dates and wolfberries according to your own taste.
2. Ganoderma lucidum bone soup. Put the ribs, Ganoderma lucidum strips, red dates and ginger slices into a casserole and add enough water. Then simmer directly on low heat. Simmer for about two hours. Before serving the Ganoderma bone soup, add wolfberry and salt to adjust the base. After continuing to simmer for five minutes, it is ready to eat. Adding red dates and wolfberry can reduce the bitterness of the soup and make the soup redder. The stewed pork ribs have the aroma of Ganoderma lucidum and are tender, smooth and refreshing.
If you are particular about the soup, you can use tube bones instead of ribs. The tube bones have less meat and more bone marrow, so it is easy to stew milky white soup. Clean the blood on the surface of the drum bones, then put them into a pot, add enough water, cooking wine and ginger slices to blanch the drum bones. Then remove the tube bones, clean them, and put them into a large enough casserole. Add enough water, Ganoderma lucidum strips, red dates and ginger slices to the casserole, simmer over medium heat for more than two hours, and add an appropriate amount of salt before taking it out of the pot.
3. Things to note. Although Ganoderma lucidum has high medicinal value, you must not add spicy condiments such as chili pepper, Sichuan peppercorns, and cumin when making soup. Try not to blanch pork bones as it will affect the taste of the soup.
