Preparation materials: stinky tofu milk, white wine, tofu, cold water.
1. Pour the cold boiled water into a sealed box, stir and crush the tofu in the cold boiled water, then add a spoonful of white wine and stir evenly;
2. Cut tofu into pieces;
3. Put the cut tofu into the stinky tofu milk. Don't overdo tofu with water;
4. Put it in the refrigerator for 24 hours after sealing;
5. Take it out after 24 hours of cold storage, drain the water and fry it into golden yellow.
