Among them, fermented tofu is one of the best.
Stuffed tofu is my grandmother's specialty. It goes without saying that this dish is bound to be on the table whenever there is a festival or when friends and relatives come. I grew up next to my grandma, and I also know this tender pork and how this tender tofu changed from monotonous two ingredients to fragrant and delicious tofu under grandma's skillful hands.
