Step 1
Mix eggs, sugar, cooked soybean oil, warm water and noodles to make dough, and put it in a basin to wake up for half an hour (I forgot to take pictures when mixing noodles). When the dough wakes up, roll it into a thin dough with a rolling pin, as shown in the figure.
Step 2
Cut the dough into a slightly larger diamond with a knife, as shown in the figure. Cut a small mouth in the middle of the diamond with a knife, and pull the pointed end through the small mouth.
Step 3
When each diamond becomes like this, you can fry it in the oil pan.
Step 4
After the oil is boiled, add the dried fruits one by one and fry until golden brown, and then you can go out of the pot.
Step 5
Dish, fragrant and sweet, cool and better, as a snack!
