Dongbei University of Finance and Economics was founded in 1952, formerly known as Dongbei University of Finance and Economics. 65438-0958 Dongbei University of Finance and Economics merged with shenyang normal College and Shenyang Russian College to form Liaoning University. 1959 The main body of the former Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, namely the Department of Planning and Finance and some departments, moved out of Liaoning University and merged with Liaoning Business School to form Liaoning University of Finance and Economics. 1985 changed its name to Dongbei University of Finance and Economics.
