Materials:
Pork bone soup 1500ml, yuba 80g, daylily 50g, oil, chicken powder and salt.
Exercise:
1. Soak the day lily, constantly changing the water during soaking, washing it after soaking, and cutting off the head with kitchen scissors.
2. Soak in the Yuba and change the water continuously.
3. Pre-cooked pork bone soup.
4. Put the day lily into the casserole, cover the pot, bring to a boil, and simmer for 30 minutes.
5. Uncover the lid and add yuba.
6. Cover, boil and stew for 5 minutes.
7. Uncover, pour appropriate amount of rapeseed oil, chicken powder and salt to taste, and then turn off the fire.
