I read several versions of this recipe and combined my own experience, and it worked in one sitting. Let's make it and eat it too.
Ingredients:
Fresh abalone/whole chicken or chicken thighs or wings / ginger / garlic cloves / red onion / scallions / red pepper rings / salt / sugar / soy sauce / pepper / oyster sauce / cooking wine / chicken broth / cornstarch
Practice:
