Planting management, sowing and seedling raising of okra in greenhouse 1
Before planting okra in greenhouse, soak suitable seeds in warm water at about 30℃ for about one day, then wrap them with gauze, keep their humidity and control the temperature at about 25 ~ 28℃ to make them germinate better. Then it is sowing and seedling raising. Generally, seedlings can grow out in a week or so, and then they are well maintained to make them thrive.
2. Soil preparation and loosening
Generally, when planting in greenhouse, it is necessary to plough the soil to keep it loose and breathable, so that the seedlings can grow better after transplanting. It should also be noted that when loosening soil and preparing soil, it is best to apply an appropriate amount of base fertilizer in the soil to promote soil fertility and provide it with sufficient nutrients.
3. Transplanting and planting
In the planting and management of greenhouse okra, it is necessary to transplant it. Now dig a small pit about 30 ~ 50 cm deep in the soil, then transplant the seedlings into the pit, compact the surrounding soil to stabilize the seedlings, then water the seedlings, and cover the ground with plastic film to keep warm and moist.
4, post-management
Okra in greenhouse needs to maintain a suitable growth temperature, preferably around 28 ~ 32℃ during the day and around 18 ~ 20℃ at night. Shade the greenhouse under strong light, heat it when the temperature is low, and fertilize and water it reasonably to make it grow vigorously.
