1. Peel and cut taro and potato into small pieces and then steam them.
2. Mix the taro and potato and press it into puree while it is still hot.
3. Then add the egg mixture and mix well.
4. Then add milk and flour and mix until as shown in the picture.
5. Non-stick frying pan on low heat, scoop a small spoonful of batter into the pan, fry until the taro muffin surface appears small bubbles can be flipped to fry.
6. Make the taro paste filling: Steam the taro paste while it is still hot and mix in the butter and sugar.
7. Then add milk and stir into, a little drier than puree.
8. The taro puree filling is sandwiched between the taro muffins, and the surface is drizzled with some honey
