How to Steam White Clams ?
Drain the white clams and lay them on a plate
Mince the garlic and ginger and set aside, chop the parsley. Chop the green onions into small pieces.
Whisk all the seasonings (except the scallions) into a sauce.
Spread evenly over the white clams.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. (The eggs in the pot are cold water together with the preparation of another dish, for the time being secret Oh! (^_^))
Water boiled under the steam plate, high heat steaming until the opening.
After the opening, evenly sprinkle the small green onions, and steam for another minute to get out of the pot!
