How to make roast chicken wings with red wine and honey sauce?
Wash chicken wings with clear water and drain. Make two or three cuts on both sides of the chicken wings with a knife to taste.
Prepare a container, pour in red wine, salt, oyster sauce and soy sauce, stir well and add chicken wings. It is best to soak the chicken wings in it as much as possible.
Seal it with plastic wrap (or cover it) and put it in refrigerator for 8- 12 hours. If the red wine can't completely cover the chicken wings, please take it out and turn it down to ensure that the red wine can penetrate into the chicken wings! This is very important, that is to say, whether the wine is fragrant enough by then.
Marinate for enough time, take it out of the refrigerator and preheat the oven. Put the chicken wings on the grill, brush the chicken wings with honey on both sides (depending on your preference), and put oil paper/tin foil on the other baking tray to catch the fat of the roast chicken wings.
Put the chicken wings brushed with honey in the middle layer of the preheated oven, and put tin foil with baking tray on the lower layer. Heat the oven up and down at 200-220 degrees and bake for 20 minutes.

The amount of honey brush is enough, and the baked chicken wings will look good. Regarding the setting of oven temperature, if a rough value is given, different ovens may be slightly different. I bake at 220 degrees for 5 minutes and at 200 degrees 15 minutes. It is no problem to adjust the temperature directly if you feel troublesome.
