Exercise:
1. Wash the hairy crabs, boil them, remove the gills, and cut them into two slices; shred the green onions and ginger and set aside.
2. Clean the green pepper and cut it into pieces.
3. Add a little more oil to the pan, bring it to a boil, add the star anise and stir-fry, then add the soy sauce and stir-fry again.
4. Add ginger, garlic and green peppers to the pan and stir-fry quickly until cooked.
5. Add the unraveled hairy crabs to the pan and stir-fry again. If there is no juice, you can add a little water to avoid a mushy bottom. Then add a little salt to taste, stir well, fill the hairy crabs with soy sauce and then remove from the pot.
