Tomato Cats Ear Noodles
1. Add cool water to the noodles, knead them into a somewhat stiff dough, and let them rise for 15 minutes. Prepare a tomato and green onion leaves.
2. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1cm and cut into 1x1cm squares with a knife.
3. Sprinkle with flour and roll evenly.
4. Sprinkle the sushi curtain with flour and place the dough on the curtain.
5. Push forward with your thumb while pressing to make stripes on the surface.
6. Boil a pot of water and drop in the cat ears.
7. Once cooked, pull out and set aside in cool water.
8. Add a little oil to the pan and stir fry the tomatoes until soft.
9. Add the drained cat's ear noodles, stir-fry, add salt, sugar, soy sauce to taste; collect the juice, out of the pot, sprinkle with chopped green onions.
