Beef with mushroom and slippery beef
Prepare ingredients: beef tenderloin, white mushroom, crab mushroom, onion ginger, multi-grain germ rice.
Steps:
Germinated rice and water are steamed in a ratio of 1: 1.
Beef is marinated with soy sauce and starch supplementary oil.

Steamed yellow croaker

Steps:

Steps:
Sauce: soy sauce, salt, water, starch.
Add starch, soy sauce and complementary oil to the meat foam, grab it evenly and marinate it.
Blanch carrots.
Stir-fry the meat foam with small fire and change color. Set aside.
Stir-fry mushrooms in hot oil until they are soft and come out. Add meat foam and carrots and stir well.
Add the sauce and cook until thick.
