Ingredients
1 mango, 1 papaya, 1 red bell pepper, 1 avocado, 1/2 red onion, 1 handful of chopped fresh coriander, 2 balsamic vinegar tablespoon, salt, fresh pepper
Method
1. Peel, core and dice mango, papaya and avocado; remove seeds from red bell pepper and cut into dices; remove red onion. Peel and dice.
2. Mix mango, papaya, red pepper, avocado, red onion, cilantro and vinegar in a salad bowl.
3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and mix well. Cover the bowl and let sit for at least 30 minutes, then serve.
