How to make stir-fried chicken with green pepper
1. Remove the bones from the chicken legs and cut into pieces, add salt, cooking wine, pepper, corn starch, and egg white, mix well and marinate for 20 minutes.
2. Cut green pepper into cubes, green onion and ginger.
