Composition:
Ginger, onion, garlic, red bell pepper.
Seasoning:
Oil, salt and soy sauce.
Exercise:
1. Slice pork and peel wax gourd. Mince ginger, onion and garlic, and shred red pepper;
2. Pour oil in a hot pot, add some Jiang Mo and minced garlic, stir-fry the meat slices, and serve;
3. Add a little oil to stir-fry the remaining Jiang Mo and minced garlic, stir-fry the wax gourd slices for a while, then simmer them with a little water for a while, then stir-fry the previously fried meat slices and shredded peppers, add salt, light soy sauce to taste, and sprinkle some chopped green onion before taking out.
