1. First, prepare the following ingredients: 1g of noodles (raw), 1g of peanuts (fried), 1g of white sesame seeds, 1g of sprouts, 25g of red oil, 1g of soy sauce, 1g of chopped green onion and 5g of rapeseed oil. The first step is to wash and cut the sprouts, and stir-fry them with rapeseed oil. As shown in the figure below.
2. in the second step, chop the crispy peanuts into fine particles, and beat the fried white sesame seeds into powder, and cut the shallots into chopped green onions for later use, as shown in the following figure.
3. Step 3: Cook the noodles with boiling water until they are uncooked, take them out with a fence, drain them, and put them into a noodle bowl, as shown in the following figure.
4. in the fourth step, add the copied red oil and shake the noodles and mix well, as shown in the following figure.
5. Step 5: Add soy sauce and mix well. Add sprouts, sesame powder, chopped peanuts and chopped green onion and mix well, as shown in the following figure.
