1000g chicken wings, 100g onions, 8g salt, 30g light soy sauce, 1g pepper powder, 1g black pepper powder, 1g garlic powder 10g honey
How to make grilled chicken wings (make your own marinade)
1. Wash the chicken wings and cut them with a knife.
2. Add all seasonings.
3. Cut the onion into shreds and add to the chicken wings.
4. Grip evenly and marinate for more than 2 hours
5. Place two pieces of tin foil in a baking pan, with the matte side facing up, and place the chicken wings on the tin foil.
6. Set the upper and lower oven temperature to 200 degrees and preheat for 5 minutes. Wrap the chicken wings and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
7. Take out the baking tray, open the tin foil, adjust the upper and lower tubes of the oven to 250 degrees, and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.

1. For chicken wings, you can choose middle wing, root wing or whole wing.
