How to make homemade yogurt

Finished yogurt fermenter and two 500g bags of pure milk.

Blanch the yogurt bucket and lid with boiling water to sterilize, and then pour in the milk after the bucket is dry.

Depending on the amount of milk, you will need 1 gram of leavening agent, and 1 sachet is a 1 gram packet.

Take a small packet of yogurt fermenter and add it to the plain milk.

Stir for half a minute to mix well and cover the bucket.

Put the yogurt bucket into the yogurt maker, put the lid on and set the time to start fermentation. (Generally 8 to 10 hours, winter recommended 10 to 12 hours)

Fermented yogurt, like the tofu brain like it? Cool it down and put it in the refrigerator, and then eat it after it's been refrigerated. Before you eat it, mix it with honey or sugar to make it less sour, and serve it with fresh fruits and nuts for a better flavor.
