Steps:
1, prepare tofu skin. Cut the bean curd skin into blocks of moderate size, and then soak it in clean water for 10 minute until it becomes soft.
2. make seasoning. Mix Chili noodles, pepper powder and edible salt together, and add appropriate amount of Chili powder and pepper powder according to your own taste to make Chili sauce.
3. Bake tofu skin. Spread a layer of Chili sauce evenly on the tofu skin block, press it by hand to make it stick firmly, and then coat it with a layer of cooking oil.
Step 4 bake. Put the tofu skin pieces on the baking tray and put them in the oven, and bake at 200℃ 10 minute until crisp.
5, cool. Take out the baked bean curd skin and let it cool.
Step 6 slice. Cut the bean curd skin into small pieces.
Precautions:
Tofu skin needs to be soaked and softened, so it is easier to apply seasoning.
When applying Chili sauce, be careful not to use too much or too little, not too thick or too thin, and adjust it according to your own taste.
Control the time and temperature when baking tofu skin, and don't become too hard because of excessive baking.
The baked bean curd skin must be cooled before slicing, so it tastes better.
