Soak the dried fungus. It is best to change the water several times in the middle, and finally rinse it repeatedly.
Note: It is best not to eat fresh fungus, because it contains the special substance "porphyrin". After people eat it, phytosolar dermatitis will occur after being exposed to sunlight, while dried fungus will cause a lot of damage during exposure. Some of the porphyrins will be broken down. Soaking and rinsing before eating can remove harmful substances to the maximum extent.
