Coral radish roll
Ingredients: 500g radish, 50g carrot and 50g fresh ginger.
500g of sugar, 250g of vinegar, a little salt, fragrant leaves and sesame oil.
Production process (1) Large white radish is carefully removed from the roots and cut into large pieces. Wash carrots and cut them into filaments.
(2) Boil fragrant leaves, sugar, fresh ginger, vinegar and salt with a little water to make juice, and pour it on white radish slices for pickling. Stir-fry shredded carrots with a little salt and sesame oil.
(3) A piece of big white radish: the shredded carrot is neatly rolled into a radish roll, and the inclined knife is changed into an elephant eye block, which can be coded in the plate.
