100g rice, 8 mushrooms, black fungus

Mushroom and fungus casserole
1. Soak the mushrooms and fungus in water beforehand
2. After they are ready, steam or boil the rice in a rice cooker. Wash the rice and steam it or put it into the rice cooker to cook it
3. Cut the mushrooms into small dices and the black fungus into minced pieces
4. Pour a little oil into the frying pan and stir fry the diced mushrooms and the minced black fungus with a little bit of salt and chicken essence.
5. When the rice is cooked, pour the sautéed diced mushrooms and fungus into the rice, add salt and black pepper, and mix well
6. Continue to simmer the rice for 5 minutes and then eat it
