There are three energy-saving methods for hot air circulating oven:

1. Improve the air inlet temperature of the hot air circulation oven box and reduce the exhaust temperature at the outlet of the drying equipment: due to the common sense of oven thermal efficiency, improving the air inlet temperature of the drying equipment is beneficial to improve the oven thermal efficiency. However, the inlet air temperature is limited by the allowable temperature of the product. In the downstream oven, the surface temperature of particles is relatively low, so the inlet air temperature of drying equipment can be much higher than the allowable temperature of products.

2. Reduce all kinds of heat loss in the drying process: generally speaking, the heat loss of hot air circulating oven will not exceed 10%, and the heat loss of large and medium-sized production devices will be about 5% if the heat preservation is appropriate. So do a good job of heat preservation of the drying system, but the thicker the insulation layer, the better. The optimum insulating layer thickness should be determined. In order to prevent the leakage of drying system, blower and induced draft fan are generally used in series. After reasonable adjustment, the system runs at zero pressure, which can avoid the thermal efficiency decline of hot air circulation oven caused by the leakage of drying medium or ambient air.

3. Reduce the evaporation load of the hot air circulating oven: before the material enters the oven, pre-dehydration treatment such as filtration, centrifugal separation or evaporator evaporation can increase the solid content in the material and reduce the evaporation load of the oven, which is one of the most effective energy-saving ways for drying equipment.

Working principle of hot air circulating oven;

The air circulation system of hot air circulation oven adopts fan circulation air supply mode, and the air circulation is uniform and efficient. The wind source is driven by a circulating air supply motor (using a contactless switch) to drive the wind wheel through the heater, and then the hot air is sent into the oven cavity through the air duct, and then the used air is sucked into the air duct to become the wind source for recycling and heating. Ensure the uniformity of indoor temperature. When the temperature value swings due to the action of opening and closing the door, the air supply circulation system quickly recovers its running state until it reaches the set temperature value.
