1. Wash the crabs with a brush.
2. Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, add shredded ginger and cooking wine, and bring to a boil over high heat.
3. Place the flower crab on the steamer and steam over high heat for about 15 minutes.
4. While steaming the crabs, prepare the seasonings. Wash, peel and chop the ginger, cut the shallot into chopped green onion, put it into a bowl, add the steamed fish soy sauce and white vinegar, and mix well.
The crab will be steamed in 5.15 minutes.
