1. Raw materials: 2 fresh corns, 50 grams of ordinary flour, 2 eggs, appropriate amounts of chopped green onion, salt, pepper powder or allspice.
2. Wash the young corn and grate it into corn syrup with a grater, or peel off the corn kernels and beat it into corn syrup with a food processor.
3. Beat the eggs into the corn syrup and mix evenly, then add the flour and mix evenly to make a slightly fluid and viscous batter. If it feels too sticky, add an appropriate amount of water to adjust the concentration. If it's too thin, add more flour.
4. Add chopped green onion, salt, pepper powder or five-spice powder into the batter, mix well and set aside.
5. Heat oil in a pan, let the oil cover the bottom of the pan, add a spoonful of batter, and spread the batter into a small round cake shape. Turn on low heat and fry the round cake until both sides are cooked through.
