1. Wash the loofah and cut into hob blocks.

3. Slice pork liver, add cooking wine, salt and starch, mix well and season for about ten minutes.
4. Add a catty of soup or water to the pot (you don't need lard if you use soup), bring to a boil, and then cook the loofah pieces for five minutes until they are soft and cooked.
5. Add salt and monosodium glutamate, stir well, then cook the pork liver for half a minute and turn off the fire.
