Soybean sprouts 200g
Beef bone broth 5 cups (can also be replaced with water OR anchovy broth)
Scallion 1/2
Garlic 1 tsp
Soy sauce 1/2 tsp
Salt a little
Pepper a little
How to make Korean bean sprout soup ?
Wash the bean sprouts and drain them
Put the beef bone broth into a casserole
Put the bean sprouts into the beef bone broth
Put in the garlic paste and soy sauce and boil once
Bean sprouts are cooked and the broth tastes good, then put in salt and pepper, put in the chopped green onion and then boil again for a couple of times
Tips
Cooking soup, don't cover the pot with a lid. Do not cover the lid of the pot oh, so that soybean sprouts have no fishy flavor!
